Kokerboom joint venture exploration project

Northam owns eight new order prospecting rights over the Kokerboom prospect. Kokerboom is an iron oxide, copper gold and massive sulphide copper zinc exploration prospect covering same 1 000 000 hectares of the Northam Cape Province of the Republic of South Africa. A prospecting work program is currently in progress and no resource or reserve has yet been estimated.
